Windows 11 was released on October 5, 2021, so it has been three years
already, but at the time, the hurdles to installing it were strict for
PC builders, and it was difficult. The current version of Windows 11
(2024) is "23H2", and the installation media created initially is too
old, so I will download the current ISO file and explain how to create a
new installation media. ■ First, download the latest version (23H2) ISO file. ① https://www.microsoft.com/ja-jp/software-download/windows11  ② If you move a little lower  ③ Select download = Select Windows 11 (multi-edition ISO) and click "Download".  ④ Select the language as "Japanese" and click "Confirm".  ⑤ Finally, click on “64-bit download”.  ⑥ The file "Win11_23H2_lapanese_x64v2.iso" will be downloaded. ■Create the downloaded ISO file as a bootable media. ① Access the URL in ① above, and you will find the following at the bottom. Download the software to create bootable media.  ② The file "MediaCreationTool_Win11_23H2.exe" will be downloaded, so run it. Click "Agree".  ③ "to the next"  ④ Select either "USB memory" or "DVD" as the media. Select DVD. Click "Next".  ⑤ Select the ISO file containing “Win11_23H2_lapanese_x64v2.iso”.  ⑥ The following window will be displayed.  → ⑦ The following window will be displayed. Some older PCs (older optical drives) cannot read or write dual-layer discs. In such cases, create the bootable media on a USB memory stick and boot from it. If it works properly, the bootable media has been created.  |

using the bootable installation disk created above. Microsoft has high PC requirements for a clean install of Windows 11, and the CPU must be 8th generation or later.
