The main equipment is a TS-990/FTDX9000, with various linear amplifiers on the back. The FTDX9000 was acquired as an insurance replacement after a TS-950 was destroyed by lightning. @ ![]() |

| Robocon | JA3WAO/JA2LUT have experimented with and made various types of couplers (commonly known as Robocon) for achieving full matching at the antenna power supply point, but we are basically using the same principle to make our own. This time, we received requests from various local stations to make three at the same time, so we collected the parts and made them at the same time, and we are posting them briefly in the hope that they will be of some help to those who are making replicas. In the future, we will post them if we can install them on the actual machine and collect data. Also, the 'Autotune' device for controlling the Robocon box allows for auto-tuning, but depending on the antenna, for example, in the case of CD-78jr, if you move directly to a distant location, such as 3.550MHz ©¨ 3.602MHz, which is about 50KHz away, there will be a large mismatch at the start of auto-tuning, causing great damage to the final stage. For this reason, we have made it possible to use the preset tune method as a next-generation control method, and by directly inputting the frequency (3.602MHz) from the controller, it will move in a state of no signal, and then emit a carrier or single tone to check. At this point, the matching should be quite good. (Preset value) However, for CD78 series antennas, the optimal position varies depending on whether it is morning/afternoon/evening/sunny/rainy, etc., but at this point, there is no problem with the final stage even if you check it at full power. @@@@@@¡‰ñ»ì‚µ‚½‰ñ˜H}@@@ÝŒv}–Ê@@•”•i•\@@¡‰ñ‚Ì“®‰æ@@ŽŸ¢‘ãBOX @@@@ ![]() @More detailed photos here @ ![]() @ ![]() @ ![]() @ ![]() @ ![]() |

Apparently, a fox had entered a wild boar trap. Since the fox was not causing any harm, it was released back into the mountains. @ ![]() |
