| My parents-in-law have both passed away, and after I retired I was forced to start farming rice and vegetables, so I'm struggling every day as a beginner. My wife is the daughter of a farmer, but she doesn't work in the fields at all. The farm equipment she used up until now is old, so she bought most of the used equipment at an auction and is using it as a way to rehabilitate her body. In 2018, there was a heavy rain disaster, and parts of the rice paddies and fields were washed away. My uncle's field was completely washed away and could not be restored, so he asked me to let him use part of my field to cultivate his crops, so I am lending him part of it. |

| We also grow cabbage, onions, radishes, and summer vegetables (tomatoes, eggplants, cucumbers), but we don't yet have any set know-how. |
